Polymer compound Crude Oil De-emulsifier for recovery fluid
Introduction
The series products are high-molecular compound polymerized with starting agent, epoxy propane and cyclohexane polyamines of different performance such as propylene glycol, octadecanol, resin of different types. Some products are the outcome of cross-bonding of epichlorohydrin and socyanate or auto-agglutination after reaction with different saturated materials. The products are in two major categories: water soluble and oil soluble, totally over 80 kinds. They are particularly used for de-emulsifying dehydration of crude oil of different kinds, water rinsing in oil refinery or used as accessory ingredient for electro-desalting. The products also improve crude oil delivery condition and have good paraffin control effect.
Application
The products are used for de-emulsification and dehydration of extracted fluid of crude oil. Different products are developed for chemical dehydration of fluid of different natures extracted from different blocks. Features: low dosage, high rate of dehydration, clean dehydration, clear oil-water interface. They meet the requirement of oil-water separation for different fluid extracted from complicated fault block oilfield. The products are also used for refinery crude oil de-salting and salt washing.
The products are packed in zinc galvanized barrel with net weight of 200±1kg. Store the products in cool, dry and well ventilated place.
Safety Instruction:
Avoid the contact with eyes, skin or clothes. In case of any contact, use clean water to flush it; Keep the product away from fire.

Packaging & Shipping
Package
The product should be packaged with a three-in-one package as the outer layer and a plastic bag as the inner layer. The inner and outer seals of the package should be bundled separately, and the package should have sufficient strength.
The net mass of each bag of product packaging is (25± 0.25) kg.
In each batch of products, 40 bags are randomly inspected, and the average value of each bag shall not be less thanto 25 kg.
Transportation
During transportation, the product should avoid sunlight exposure, moisture-proof, rain-proof, and prevent the packaging bag from being damaged.
Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, and should not be exposed to moisture, rain or sunlight.
Product shelf life is 18 months.
If it exceeds the shelf life, it needs to be re-inspected before it can be used.
