Anti-Slamp and Fluid Loss Reduction Sulfonated Asphalt for Oilfield Drilling and Mining

Introduction:

• When added to drilling fluids, this product strongly inhibits shale hydration and swelling.
• It forms a thin yet tough mud cake, ensuring borehole stability and facilitating smooth drilling operations.
• The product also possesses good lubricating properties.

Application Range:

• Primarily used as a shale stabilizer in water-based drilling fluids.
• Provides additional lubrication benefits.

Usage and Dosage:

• It can be directly added to various water-based drilling fluid systems.
• Initial recommended dosage: 1.5%-3.0% of the total circulating mud volume.

Packaging and Storage:

• Packed in a tri-layer woven bag with an inner plastic layer, each bag separately tied.
• Net weight per bag: 25 kilograms.
• Store in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse.
