Product Description

Polymer compound Crude Oil De-emulsifier for recovery fluid
Introduction
1. The series products are high-molecular compounds polymerized using a starting agent, epoxy propane, and cyclohexane polyamines. These include various performances such as propylene glycol, octadecanol, and different types of resin.
2. Some products result from cross-bonding of epichlorohydrin, isocyanate, or auto-agglutination after reacting with different saturated materials.
3. The products are categorized into two major types: water-soluble and oil-soluble, totalling over 80 kinds.
4. They are primarily used for de-emulsifying and dehydrating crude oil, water rinsing in oil refineries, or as accessory ingredients for electro-desalting.
5. These products improve crude oil delivery conditions and have effective paraffin control properties.
Application
1. The products are used to de-emulsify and dehydrate extracted crude oil fluids.
2. Different products are designed for the chemical dehydration of fluids extracted from different blocks, featuring low dosage, high dehydration rate, clean dehydration, and a clear oil-water interface.
3. They meet the oil-water separation requirements for various fluids extracted from complex fault block oilfields.
4. The products are also used for refinery crude oil de-salting and salt washing.
Packaging and Storage
1. The products are packed in zinc galvanized barrels with a net weight of 200±1kg.
2. Store the products in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

1. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing.
2. In case of contact, flush the affected area with clean water.
3. Keep the product away from fire.
