Drag Reducer Agent DRA for fracturing fluid
       
Due to the higher pump speed, higher friction is created. The function of the drag reducing agent is to reduce the friction coefficient when the fracturing fluid flows, thereby reducing the construction pressure. The mechanism of the drag reducer is that when the fluid is in the turbulent flow zone, it relies on the mutual attraction between the drag reducer molecules to resist the force of the fluid particles, change the direction and size of the fluid particles, and convert a part of the radial force that does useless work into the downstream direction. The axial force, thereby reducing the consumption of idle work, shows that the friction loss of the fluid is reduced macroscopically, that is, it plays a role in reducing drag. The drag reducer is an instant emulsion, which can be quickly hydrated and dispersed, and can be fully hydrated to reach the maximum viscosity within 3 minutes, so it does not need to be prepared in a liquid dispensing station or a preparation tank, and can be continuously mixed online.

Instructions

1. According to the water quality, the use concentration is 0.05% to 0.1%, and the recommended dosage is 0.1%;

2. Pump directly into the working fluid and stir evenly.
