Hi-Temperature Foaming Agent for oil extraction chemicals
Product Features:
The agent consists of anionic surfactant, non-anionic surfactant and co-solvent. It has good temperature withstand performance and is suitable for use with the medium like stratum water and acid liquid. It consists of surfactants and stabilizer and is capable of removing oil stain. It significantly reduces interface tension like surface tension with high foaming viscosity and strong stability.
Function
The agent is mainly used for thermal oil extraction to improve crude oil output and recovery rate. Withstanding 300°C, the agent may be used for sand flushing, induced spray, well flushing and drainage aid, deep tunneling and well bottom cleaning in low pressure, leaking or water sensitive stratum. When used for foam displacement of reservoir oil, the agent helps to improve oil recovery rate. It can also be used in active agent oil displacement of other types, e.g., active water displacement and micro-emulsion flooding. It is used as drainage aid in acidifying fracture operation.
On-Site Application
The foaming agent is diluted on ground into 2% water solution which is injected into stratum alternately with air. The solution and air may also be injected together. Foaming agent solution is injected through the casing tube and air through oil pipe. The foamer dip in the solution is used for foaming which is then injected to the ground. Nitrogen making vehicle is used together with the injection equipment to put the foaming agent into stratum. The amount of the agent injected into each well is around three to five tons.

Packaging & Shipping
Package
The product should be packaged with a three-in-one package as the outer layer and a plastic bag as the inner layer. The inner and outer seals of the package should be bundled separately, and the package should have sufficient strength.
The net mass of each bag of product packaging is (25± 0.25) kg.
In each batch of products, 40 bags are randomly inspected, and the average value of each bag shall not be less thanto 25 kg.
Transportation
During transportation, the product should avoid sunlight exposure, moisture-proof, rain-proof, and prevent the packaging bag from being damaged.
Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, and should not be exposed to moisture, rain or sunlight.
Product shelf life is 18 months.
If it exceeds the shelf life, it needs to be re-inspected before it can be used.
