Product Description

A colorless, transparent liquid with an odor similar to ether. It can dissolve many substances (such as rubber, resin, fat, AICl3, S, I2, HgCI2). Not flammable. It has stability. When there is no air, moisture and catalyst, it is heated to 500 ° C and is still stable. Resistance to hydrolysis. The relative density (d20) is 1.6227. Boiling point 121ºC. The freezing point is about -22.oºC. Refractive index (n~0) 1.50547. No flash point. It is miscible with ethanol, ether, chloroform and benzene. Dissolved in about 10,000 times the volume of water. It is decomposed into trichloroacetaldehyde and phosgene in the presence of light, water and oxygen for a long time and is corrosive to metals. Generally, amines or phenol derivatives of (10 ~ 500)× 10-6 are added as anti-decomposition agents.

Usage: 

Quickly evacuate the personnel from the contaminated area to the safety zone, isolate them, and strictly restrict access. Cut off the fire. Waste disposal method: controlled incineration method. Nitrogen oxides discharged from incinerators are removed by scrubbers or high-temperature devices.
